Believe it or not, I'm feeling fantastic. With the multi-day 10 milers being part of my weekly routine now, I just "do" them. They're not difficult per se, but the end result is a much stronger me than in previous cycles. When you consider that I have been snacking on long runs between 16 and 31 miles every Saturday, I have really been having a very strong training cycle leading up to The North Face 50 miler in 7 weeks.
That's awesome. Sounds like your base is so strong and you're just getting stronger all the time.
